Anyone can send you a name. We send you an electrician we've already tested, screened, and would put on our own job. Every candidate clears all seven steps before they're eligible for placement — no shortcuts, no "we'll see how he does."

Written Skills Test
Code knowledge, load calculations, print reading, and safety fundamentals. Scored, not skimmed.

Conduit Bending
Hands on a bender, in front of us. Offsets, saddles, 90s — if they can't bend it clean, they don't move forward.

Material Identification
Fittings, wire, breakers, boxes, connectors. A journeyman should know what's in the gang box without a label. We check.

Background Check
Full criminal background screening on every candidate before placement. You know who's walking onto your site.

Drug Screening
Every electrician is drug tested before their first day — and available for site-specific or random testing on request.

Full PPE
All employees are outfitted with full PPE — hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, safety gloves, ear plugs.
The result: electricians who are ready to work the day they arrive, not the week after.
