Charles Orndorff

Founder / President

Charles Orndorff brings 20 years of experience dedicated exclusively to electrical staffing to his leadership of Alpha Manpower. As a co-founder of Premier Electrical Staffing, Charles helped build a business focused on connecting electrical contractors with the skilled workforce their projects demand.

With Alpha Manpower, he brings that experience and a personal commitment to building lasting relationships with contractors and electricians alike. His approach centers on understanding each customer's needs, matching the right people to each project, and following through on commitments.

Charles's vision for Alpha Manpower is straightforward: earn trust through dependable service, knowledge of the electrical trade, and a commitment to helping customers and employees succeed.

Mike Watkins

Co-Founder / VP of Operations

Mike Watkins brings 25 years of hands-on experience as an electrician and 10 years in sales and recruitment management to Alpha Manpower. As an electrical trainer with OSHA 500 training, Mike combines practical trade knowledge with a strong commitment to safety, workforce development, and jobsite performance.

Mike approaches electrical staffing the same way a contractor approaches a project — with careful planning, clear communication, and accountability. He understands the pressure of meeting schedules, maintaining quality, and having the right people on the job.

As co-founder, Mike applies that contractor's mindset to recruiting, evaluating, and preparing electricians for the work ahead. His focus is straightforward: understand each customer's needs, provide qualified people, and follow through with the same accountability he'd expect on his own job.

Stacy Sandoval

Director of Operations

Stacy Sandoval is an accomplished Operations and Human Resources executive with more than a decade of experience driving organizational growth, workforce logistics, and financial management.

As Director of Operations, she oversees the agency's end-to-end service delivery, ensuring that clients and employees receive efficient, reliable staffing support. She combines strategic business vision with hands-on execution to guide the agency's operational strategy.

Throughout her career, Stacy has demonstrated her ability to scale operations safely and profitably. She has managed complex operating budgets and aligned financial resources with corporate growth goals. Her experience in high-volume workforce logistics includes overseeing scheduling, routing, and payroll administration for workforces of more than 400 temporary employees across multiple shifts.

With a strong background in human resources management, Stacy oversees compliance throughout the staffing process, including human resources information systems (HRIS), background checks, and onboarding procedures. She uses data analysis and client billing metrics to streamline complex workflows and improve operational efficiency.

At the core of Stacy's leadership philosophy is a commitment to operational excellence and workforce safety. She builds the systems and processes necessary to provide dependable service to clients and consistent support to employees.
